◷ Life Counter

THE 168-HOUR LAB

A little less rush. A little more room.

Lay out a week, then make room for one small thing you want to do.

01 / MAP YOUR WEEK

02 / MAKE ONE SMALL SPACE

Small sessions add up.

20hours

60 small starts · 12 weeks

Needs 1.7 hours per week. Fits the current unallocated time; it has not been deducted automatically.

Counts time invested, not skill, health or learning outcomes.

How to use this lab

  1. Start with an ordinary recent week. Multiply nightly sleep by seven and round-trip travel time by travel days.
  2. Count each hour once. Learning during a commute can belong to the main activity rather than both categories.
  3. Leave a buffer before trying a small project. No unallocated time is not a failure; this map helps reveal constraints.
