About Life Counter
A tool for perspective
Life Counter is an independent website for seeing time at a different scale. Its week calendar, day milestones and date-distance calculator turn dates into something you can inspect and use. The tools are free and do not require an account.
A display span is a choice, not a lifespan estimate. The site does not assess health, score productivity, or tell you how a life should be lived.
How we maintain the content
This independent project is maintained through the contact address below. AI tools assist with software, illustration and bilingual drafts. The worked date examples are checked against the calculation code; we do not claim expert medical, financial or scientific review.
The notes explain the actual conventions used by the tools, with examples you can reproduce. They do not claim to be scientific studies. Chinese and English pages are maintained as paired versions. If a translation or calculation disagrees, please send an example so we can investigate and correct it.
Contact
For a calculation issue, include example dates, the selected options and the result you expected. Fictional dates are welcome; do not send identity documents or other sensitive information.
Funding
We plan to support the website with clearly labelled advertising in the future. This version does not load advertising scripts. If that changes, we will update the privacy information and applicable consent controls before enabling them.
